Hydrangea
Constance found herself in an urban garden much more damp and cool than ours…we are on a southwest facing slope, and our friend’s garden is North facing, and very shady. Luckily for the water-loving Hydrangeas, it is also situated right over an old creekbed!
Big puffy balls of “mop-head” Hydrangea flowers abound in the front yard, including mauve, snowy white …
…and this deep and intense blue!!!
Our friend gave us some to take home.

These colors are full of glorious enchantment…and…you’ve presented them in beautiful ways with that marvelous Hitty Constance. Thanks for the ethereal way to start the day.
They are rather other-worldly flowers – Constance was quite transported!
They are utterly exquisite, and I love how the dainty fan behind them and Constance nestled into them really emphasizes their fragile beauty. Heart melting! Thank you!
You are welcome! I was so amazed by the blue ones that seem to turn everything blue around them!
oh flowers…oh how the Country Hittys and I do love flowers. Constance is a vision surrounded by these wonderful blooms. Thank you for delighting us
We love flowers too – and Hittys just seem to be attracted to flowers like magnets.
