Cookies
Gráinne thoroughly enjoyed helping in the kitchen yesterday…
…she enthusiastically stacked the white chocolate chip cookies with toasted pecans and dried apricots…
.
.
…and loaded them into our excellent cookie storage tin, (with Quimper design!)…
…but her favourite part is dividing the cookies for friends!

What a dear little piratical Quimper narrative. There’s so much sweetness in your household.
Thank you so much…(Gráinne wishes people would find her menacing, but somehow they don’t).
Yummy!
They were!
Lucky you to have such a great helper in the kitchen!
Cooking is much more fun when a pirate is involved!
Oh what a great use for a swashbuckling sword! Grainne is an excellent helper with such a flair. Also love that
apron.
Gráinne wishes there were some repelling boarders to alarm with her cutlery, but is OK to help out in the kitchen meanwhile (with her fishy apron – the cat is quite interested in it too!)
Grainne finds the most unusual ways to practice her swordsmanship! What fun 🙂 and those cookies look divine!
The cookies were divine – from the Re-bar cookbook, with some amendments.
Grainne’s use of her cutlass is infinite. What an imaginative and generous little pirate she. I think cat hopes she is counted as a friend. Love the Quimper cookie jar.
Cat is definitely a friend, and has her eye on the white chocolate, which she thinks has the look of solidified cream!
