Looks and sounds yummy. We are going to have hot chocolate temps here in Pennsylvania. Tonight 29° and tomorrow evening down to 18°. I’m going to be enjoying hot chocolate, snugly soft throws and a Louise Penny book.
I never thought of using thimbles for cups. Thanks for the idea. Love the girls sweaters and have for quite a while. Wish I could find a crochet pattern so I could make sweaters for my own dolls.
My girls love hot chocolate! (Real girls and wooden 😊). Nice pot there – plenty of hot chocolate for all!
We latched on to the little pewter chocolate pot as soon as we saw it in a charity shop!

Mary Anne…a Louise Penny fan?!! Aren’t her books marvelous.. I am in love with Gamache and his lovely wife!! Enjoy!! The latest book was a good read!
Hi Sherry,
It’s fun to know another Gamache fan. I just got her latest book and can hardly wait to start it.
That does sound cosy…I think I may just have to join you two in the hot chocolate and Louise Penny project!
May there be enough hot chocolate to last for many, many days such as you’ve just experienced. My “hat” is off to Opal for such a splendid thought.
We find small things deliciously comforting when the world is cold!

I likely read about thimble cups in The Borrowers or some other story – the Quimper Hittys love them!
yes it is indeed hot chocolate (and hot tea) weather. Opal is a genius…
Tea is definitely a warming and restorative liquid. I think Constance prefers it generally, though the twins can’t understand it!
