Siyah was pretty impressed, and tried hard to “help” with the spins!
Aurelia has amazing agility and strength for a wee wooden doll, but she looks oh so practiced and confident despite the dark admirer.
Aurelia was pretty happy with the frozen water dish – not too big and not too small, just the right size for a wee wooden doll!
I wouldn’t be surprised to see Aurelia at the 2022 winter Olympics…could a triple axel be in her future? Perhaps Siyah is coaching her…keeping a cat’s eye view on how to encourage her.
She sure enjoyed the spinning around! I don’t know where it will take her in the future, but for the present it is taking her into transports of joy!
Aurelia has a great expression on her face.
I think so too, she inherited her smiling eyes from me, but her smile is thanks to tc, who kindly and expertly rescued her mouth from the dreaded split lips!

Aurelia is very inspired by the Canadian Ice Dancers! She isn’t ready to be tossed and twirled quite to that extent, but she likes to pretend!
Aurelia skates well and she is a fast learner. Siyah will have to find another water bowl.
Luckily, the indoor water bowl is unfrozen!
