Hot and Muggy
Min and Tatty were feeling overheated…
.
.
…until they went to the shop…
.
.
…then they bought some ice creams…
.
.
…and stood in front of the fan!

what great ways to cool off. I find that ice cold watermelon is also a good antidote to hot muggy days. And in Missouri during the summer EVERY day is hot and muggy! I love the pic of Min being fanned by Tatty!!
MMM watermelon!
The Hittys all wish that I had found a mouse melon plant for them this year:

Such smart little dolls….seeking out ways to cool off in your muggy weather. I’d have to say that we are enjoying truly very pleasant weather for the last few days. I hope the fans hold out to cool things off for Tatty and Min.
Thanks! I am glad your weather has improved, the weather in Quimperland is still muggy, there is smoke in the air and it’s hot. If the electric fan gives out, there is still the paper variety!
I can relate to Min feeling overwhelmed with the heat. Min and Tatty have such expressive faces…they are very camera-friendly.
Tatty’s ice cream remedy is fool-proof…and Min’s little pink ice cream cone dress is precious.
Tatty and Min are just in a good mood generally, and I think good moods can be infectious, even when the vector is a Hitty!
The pink fabric was a pair of pajamas I found in a charity shop…I am thinking of making a few more Hitty dresses out of it!
