Backyard Dragons!
Opal and Agathe love “camping” even if it is just in the back yard. One morning they set off to explore their surroundings…
.
.
…while Siyah stayed behind to protect the tent.
.
.
The girls discovered the windowsill Snapdragons in full bloom!
.
.
Tamino heard the word Dragons, called his brave friends together, and set out on a quest.
.
.
With Mungo’s bucket of water (in case of dragon-fire) Gráinne’s ingenuity, and Tamino’s sword, the intrepid adventurers felt ready for anything!
.
.
The harmless flowers were a little disappointing…
.
.
…but the sword came in handy after all…
.
.
…as did the bucket of water!
.
.
Everyone was satisfied with the outcome of the quest!
.
.

It makes perfect sense that the three heroes would be alarmed, hearing about dragons on the loose that snap. Chivalry prevailed, they didn’t walk away, and the girls have a beautiful bouquet of flowers.
Siyah squeezing himself in the tiny tent and being so content is a riot.
Siyah was pretty sure that I set the tent up just for her, actually…but she was polite about letting the girls have it back to sleep in overnight. The brave adventurers are still longing for a “real” dragon.
wonderful dragon adventure. Love Agathe’s (or is it Opal’s) backpack.
Thanks! The Quimper Hittys take turns with the backpack – Agathe is in charge of it today!
Truly a great story line! The crew vanquishing the Snap Dragons is too perfect.
I am pretty sure they all had fun – and I was quite glad of the lovely bouquet that resulted!
