Three Pinafores and an Apron
Three bits of cloth became three little pinafores.

One for Tansy who likes to dig holes…

One for Constance who is fond of hedgehogs…

… and one for Patience, who birdwatches…

…and Mormor dug out her beautiful Swedish apron and went to see if she could help Jane out in the kitchen.

You make such lovely items. Thank you for your frequent and inspiring posts.
You are welcome…For some reason the Quimper Hittys think there are never too many pinafores in their closet!
Mormor is perfect, even the wrinkles around her eyes and her apron is so cheerful.
Thank you onesmallstitch, I am pleased with Mormor, and she is likewise pleased to have arrived in the Hitty cupboard! I like her apron too!
The aprons are so sweet. I have a real time with that kind of pinny…making the rickrack lie nicely flat!! You do such a wonderful job of it. And a joy seeing Mormor and Jane conferring with their very own aprons!
Rickrack lies flat for me after ironing…I wonder if that might help yours behave? Jane and Mormor are going to be friends in the kitchen, I think…Jane will be glad of the company, and many hands make light work!
Those pinny’s are so sweet…each one fits the personality of the Hitty it belongs to. The binoculars Patience has are rare…lucky Patience.
We liked all three fabrics – but possibly the puffin one is our favourite! Patience likes it too (and her binoculars)!
Beautiful aprons for all.
The girls all like their pinafores, Jane and Mormor say that a good apron is a beautiful thing!
Oh how wonderful! I especially like the hedgehog and puffin pinnys!
We like them too!
