October Garden
Arianell and Aurelia found the larch needles turning colour in the October garden…
.
.
….the oak leaves too.
.
.
The fennel seeds are all plump and perfect…
.
.
…and dew and spider webs are everywhere.
.
.
Look at this giant apple…
.
.
…it is about time to bring the garden furniture indoors.

This is such a sweet autumnal walk…I enjoyed every step and stop along the way. Thank you dear Arianell and Aurelia for a most delightful and energizing stroll.
You are welcome – the girls enjoyed it too!
Such a nice walk on a fine October morning.
It was a fine morning – we heard flickers calling, a sure sign that the apples in the neighbourhood are ripe!!
October is our Woodsbluff Hittys favorite month of the year. We all enjoyed the walk with Arianell and Aurelia. It’s fun to share the magic with friends that nature provides.
We love our friends, and we love the magic of nature! How lucky we are when we can share them both, with each other!
a wonderful look at your garden…Larch needles turn?? I learn something from the QUIMPER Hittys every week! here on the farm we are cleaning out flower beds and planting some spring bulbs.
Larch needles turn yellow and fall off – they are a very pretty tree! We have some bulbs to plant, but most of the yard is actually still chewed up by ditch-digger and concrete-pouring residue…we have a while to wait yet before we refresh the garden.
Always lovely to see the different colours in each season and how they change. The colours are always so pretty in Autumn.
We agree – the shades and combinations of yellow, orange and burgundy are glorious!
