Shooting Stars
Vanilla put on her new coat and went down the path…
.
.
…to the wildflower meadow.
.
.
The Shooting Stars are all in bloom…
.
.
…Vanilla even found an unusual white one…
.
.
…and a tiny stalk not quite in flower yet.
.
.
The flowers are everywhere in this meadow…
.
.
…they made Vanilla’s heart so happy…
.
.
…and we’ll be back when the Fawn Lilies are out!
.
.
.
.
.
I need to be in a place like this… I need to close my eyes and think that I walk with Vanilla.
We would enjoy your company!
Thanks!
Shooting stars are so pretty, aren’t they? Vanilla has come across a trove of treasure in them. The color (and design and make) of her new coat is quite becoming on her.
We love these beautiful and fleeting wildflowers – it is always a joyous spring in the meadowlands. Vanilla thanks you for your very kind words about her new favourite coat!
So delightful!
Thank you! We had a delightful day!
Oh, it’s wonderful to walk along with Vanilla. The flowers in bloom are a true help in getting through this difficult time. Thank You Vanilla.
We are so happy you could come with us to the sweet meadows to view the shooting stars!
what a wonderful meadow. I have never seen that flower…lovely! And Vanilla looks so cozy in her new coat.
She is lucky to have such a talented human!!
It is a lovely lovely flower, such a pretty pink, and interesting shape! Vanilla is as cosy as she looks in the brisk spring breezes.
It’s so lovely to see your beautiful flowers! We are still locked into an extended winter, with -20 temps and daily snow! Thank you for the inspiring green and especially for the lovely flowers!!!!
If you don’t mind a question from Mary Anne….my goodness where do you live????
We had frost yesterday too – cold for Victoria in April…it has been a chilly spring! I hope your snow recedes soon and quickly so you can enjoy a fleeting Northern Alberta spring!
