Rainbow Garden Purple
The Liatris spikes are purple, and spiky…
.
.
…and buzzing with bees busy collecting nectar and pollinating!

The Autumn crocuses are a poignant reminder that summer is drawing to a close…
.
.
…but there are still a few little pansies!!

The Human and a few of the Hittys are away for a few days, but the rest of the Hittys are looking for a rainbow in the garden…
.
This narrative has edged on my favorite color of all time-violet. I feel enchanted after having read this beautifully photographed walk in the garden and home. The little crocheted bonnet added a pretty soft touch to the story also.
We were happy to find a few Viola flowers to pick, at the very end of our rainbow sojourn.
I cannot recall the name of this pretty little Hitty-isn’t she the Quaker/Shaker one? For the life of me, I cannot pick out her name from the list. Please and thank you for your help!
Ah, there I see it, Mary Ann.
🙂
ohhh how lovely…both the flowers and the Hitty
We like the lovely autumn crocuses, but are a little unready for the season yet.
