Snow in the garden

Snow Joy

On Tuesday morning…

.

.

Coriander

one little…

.

.

Tuesday and Coriander

…two little…

.

.

Tuesday, Vanilla and Coriander

…three little Quimper Hittys put their most beautiful coats and bonnets on and went outside!

.

.

snowy forest

They walked through the snowy Gooseberry forest…

.

.

wending

…and wended their way…

.

.

Snowberry

…to view the snowy snowberries…

.

.

Witch Hazel

…and sniff the still fragrant Witch Hazel.

.

.

Angel

They found a patch of clean unsullied snow…

.

.

Trio

…and made Snow Angels!

.

.

Squeak

Then they tramped back to the Hitty cupboard through the squeaky snow…

.

.

Brush

…and took turns brushing each other off in the vestibule!

.

.

The most beautiful Hitty coats and bonnets were made by our Hitty friend “Dog’s Dolls”.

  1. Snow has never seemed beautiful till when I watched this post. Thank you dear Hitty Lady, have a wonderful day, Love, nia

  2. “Dogsdolls” surely has gifted you with great beauty, creativity and nicely crafted coats for the little Hittys. Yes, the coats together with their wearers and story teller have made for a cozy story on this winter day.

    • I love to see a little snow! More than a little and our city grinds to a halt since we don’t have proper snow removal equipment or plans, it is pretty rare to have more than a couple of inches, or for it to last any length of time. The coats look especially pretty in the snow so we always hope for a little!

    • My friend in Missouri is very talented at Hitty-coat-making! We are lucky to have several, so even though we don’t get a lot of snow here on the West coast, when we do we are ready to make snow angels!
