Happy Anniversary Quimper Hittys
The Quimper Hittys very first Blog was posted two years ago today! They celebrated the anniversary by eating Tosca Cake.
.
.
Feeling in need of more celebratory fun, some of the girls set up a carousel using the lazy susan, a brass platter and a selection of Human-sized Quimper ceramics.
.
.
Everybody had a great time, including Little Peggotty and Wee Meg!
.
.
Round, and round and round she goes, where she stops, nobody knows… here’s hoping for some more delightful Quimper Hitty adventures!

Happy Anniversary! Love the teacup spin video – in Quimper pottery, no less!
Thanks! Keeping the blog going has been a lot of fun, and the Quimper Hittys always like an excuse to play!
What a perfect way for the Quimper Hittys to celebrate their anniversary – they certainly are good at having fun. And eating cake too!
Yes, and thanks very much to the Quimper Hittys’s favourite photographer who helped record their twirling adventure today (and helped polish off the Tosca cake)!
Yum, Tosca cake!
The Quimpers all look delighted. Congratulations on your second anniversary date. Your blog is well worth reading, savoring and admiring.
Thanks – we have such fun I am glad you enjoy it too!
We have learned so much from all the Quimper girls. Love the ‘Merry Go Round’ picture. Looking forward to seeing many more adventures. Happy Second Anniversary Hittys and Humans. Congratulations on a Blog well-done!!!
The Hittys are sure that learning can be fun! Thanks for the encouragement!
Happy Anniversary to all you wonderful Hittys…that carousel looks like some great fun,but would make me very dizzy 🙂 Blessings
The Hittys are a little giddy at the moment, it is true!
oh goodness I believe you have outdone yourself…that is SO creative and fun!!! Congrats and Happy 2nd anniversary. Quite an accomplishment. Your reading public salutes you and thanks you!!
Thanks – I had a lot of fun with the photographer this morning!
I can’t believe it’s been two years already! Happy Anniversary! Love the surprise ending at the end – didn’t expect video! laura
It doesn’t seem like two years to me either! The moving carousel is a bunch of still pictures strung together in an “animated gif” something the Hitty’s favourite photographer cooked up for this occasion!
Fun! I love the carousel photos! Such fun!
Thanks! It was fun setting it up!
