  1. Totally cute, and what a great festival. The QHs must have been completely thrilled to learn of this celebration.
One has to wonder if this is part of a much older tradition that pre-dates the introduction of radishes to Mexico.

  2. I am totally impressed…both by the radish art you and Min have created but also by the fact that you KNOW about this festival. I declare that reading your entries is an education. A delightful and fun education!

    • We like to find interesting things to celebrate – We’ve been to apple harvest celebrations, so why not a holiday for a lowly root vegetable! It is always nice to have a food-related fun time!

  3. Did not know about the Night of the Radishes. So interesting and educational. Min fits right in. She is having a good time.

  4. This is absolutely delightful! What enchanting little sculptures you have created! I am so glad that there are little icons at the bottom of the daily posts, because sometimes I don’t get notifications of posts and then get to catch up by checking the tiny photos with their links to great fun. It took me 3 years to find this one, but it was worth the wait! I love radishes, and now, I love them even more!
