Constance and Hattie were excited to hear that the Canadian women’s Curling team and the Canadian women’s Hockey team won gold medals today at the Olympics!
They are shaking hands wearing their Canadian Olympic mini-mittens (though they wish they were slightly more mini) and are hoping that Tansy was watching the games in Winnipeg!.

Yes their mini mittens aren’t quite mini enough are they? Great win though for the teams!
Constance was happy to cheer them on, she is a secret Hockey fan, though sudden death overtime is not her favourite way to end a game…And Tansy must be beside herself as the Canadian Skip Jennifer Jones is from Winnipeg! I’ll bet there was a big party at her host’s house yesterday!

The COuntry HIttys tried to cheer on their US team…but they could never find the puck!! THey are happy for the Quimper HIttys. And we do love the not so mini mittens!!

I didnt know Constance was a hockey fan. I dont recall seeing her in hockey uniform. I bet she would look impressive as a goalie.
Constance has a Ryan Kesler Touque but couldn’t wear it for the Olympics as he was playing for the US team.
