Agathe meets the gang
Hitty Agathe was a little daunted by the horde of Hittys who live in the Hitty cupboard, but did her best to remember everyone’s names…

Everyone was reassuringly friendly, especially the little ones!

.
Agathe is pretty sure she will love living with this eclectic bunch of new friends!

Lovely entrance for Agathe into the Hitty cupboard. May I ask, who is the handsome lad in the plaid shirt?
She’s feeling right at home! I think she and Min might have some entertaining plans. Max is a visitor – he flew in to participate in a summer project that has since been elbowed to the sidelines, He’ll get his day in the limelight eventually.
Looks like she is settling in nicely!
Yes, She feels right at home. She may occasionally pine for the bogs of Aotearoa, or the cliffs of the Oregon Coast, but I think she’ll be having too much fun most of the time…
I absolutely love the last photo–close-up of Agathe. She is so beautiful!
I think it will be fun to have her in the house – she will keep us all on our toes and cheerful!
Because you feature the dear ones only a few at a time one forgets how large the Hitty Family is. Such fun to see them all together welcoming pretty Agathe. Congrats on the wonderful addition. You have such talent!!
The Quimper Hittys don’t collect themselves very often in one place, they are usually scattered all over the Hitty cupboard and the rest of the human house, following their own pursuits. They were all sitting on the kitchen table when we returned from Oregon. Obviously they and their favourite photographer felt this was a special occasion. Agathe truly feels she is one of the gang now. I truly feel I am lucky to have Hittys in my life, teachers to help me improve my carving abilities, and friends who appreciate Hitty.
What a wonderful ” family”! You say you feel lucky you have Hitty and people who appreciate her in your life…I’d like to add we are very lucky we have you in ours!!!! Such wonderful talents and great sense of sharing. Thank you for it all! You are a ray of sunshine in our world!
Merci beucoup, merci! I think it is a lot of fun, and amuse myself endlessly. I am glad to share!
