Min and Agathe go to Pebble Beach
The Quimper Hittys are lucky to live only a few minute’s walk from a lovely pebbley beach with bedrock outcroppings. Min was excited to take her new sister for a little explore…
They found a little tide pool, but alas no sea anemones…
.
.
but there was an interesting crack in the rocks filled with some unusual animals…
.
.
Goose-necked barnacles…
.
.
They gathered up some interesting beach treasure…
.
.
And Min admired Agathe’s new hat…
.
.
so Agathe found one for her!
.
.

A limpet hat? Very cute on her! Love those barnacles.
The limpet hat was Agathe’s idea, inspired by a little girl with green eyes, but we’re planning to see if there are any scraps left of that bone fabric to make a more permanent and less abrasive hat for Min…
Charming! They photograph well together.
They do, almost as though they are related in some way! They are going to have heaps of fun together, I can tell!
The QHs make learning such a delight. Thank you.
We are always busy amusing ourselves around here – I am glad you find it interesting….
What darling photos…Min in her hat…too cute. She is just a winsome wee lassie! Love Agathe in her bone themed ensemble. the photos on the beach are just great!! Nice to see Agathe settling in so well with the family.
It is always so much fun to introduce new people to our surroundings – even new little wooden people! It is almost as if we develop new vision.
Min looks so pleased to be out with her big sister, looks like they will be great friends. love that dinosaur print. my favorite beach, one day we’re going to run into each other
That would be very delightful and amusing…I wonder which Hitty will be in my pocket that day?
Such lucky Hittys to live right by the seashore! 🙂 I love seeing what they get up to together!
They all love going down to the shore – there is always fun to be had.
