Snow Angels
The North wind brought snow!
Opal and Agathe put on some mittens and dashed outside…
…when Opal fell over they were inspired to make snow angels…
… It snows very rarely in Victoria, but the kids love it when it does!
…and they love getting inside again where there are Cats, cookies and chocolate to warm them up again!
.

Oooooh! Ahhhhhh! The kids here are moaning that it didn’t get this far south. The girls look darling sitting by their snow angels!
Opal and Agathe have waited 50,000 years to make snow angels together!
Snow angels in Victoria? I never thought it snowed there! Will the girls have to shovel????
It rarely does snow. Usually we just wait a few hours and it melts away. In an emergency, we might have to sweep it with a broom. If there is enough snow to shovel, we call out the army!
Oh! What fun for the girls! (Large and smallish!) And I see they are properly be-mittened for the snow. I know how exciting a rare snow can be – thank you for the treat!
Their mittens are from a shop in Iceland called Gaga – the Hittys love them!
How beautiful – the girls sitting by their snow angels. We would never see that here.
It was a lovely treat!
such cute pics. I laughed over the girls and their 50,000 year wait!! One hopes that they made the most of the
experience and it appears they did!! Fun!!
The girls are glad to have experienced snow this year – often there isn’t any here on the coast near the Hitty Cupboard.
