Some of the Quimper Hittys have gone on an adventure for a few days, and five of the ones left behind are going on a picnic. It was a hot climb to the picnic spot – the girls were glad of a little shade…
Hats and Parasols
Hattie is very fond of Hats, and Gracia is wearing a pretty flower hat crocheted by Gale, the other girls have parasols to keep the freckles at bay!

Parasols and sunhats are a good thing when climbing the heights. Hope they had a lovely cup of tea to celebrate reaching the top!
It was hot! They needed their parasols and sun hats.
