Orange and Yellow
Opal and Agathe love the fall colours – the colour changes…
…and the sudden appearance of mushrooms in the lawn…

How lovely that your fall colors are still so rich! We are moving relentlessly to browns and greys, which will be leading to oh so white- but hopefully not as soon as our friends in Saskatchewan! 🙂
These colours caught our eyes, and the twins thought their cat hoodies quite the camouflage!
They are indeed!
Berries turning orange…two little woodens under a “Hitty tree”??? …looks like Mountain ash….Wonderful sight!!!! Thank you for sharing!
It is a Mountain Ash tree – right next to our house! We think having a “Hitty tree” in our yard must be good luck as well as beautiful!
These little wood block sisters have surely summarized fall for us with words and photos/colors. What a lovely picture you’ve “painted” for us. Thank you!
You are welcome! We really enjoy these fall moments, and the colours that are so gentle and warm.
such a satisfying feeling to have a full woodshed – and a full Hitty cupboard.
Yes! Both are full and it is lovely!
Pinecones and mushrooms and berries, Oh My. The twins look adorable in their little cat sweaters. Loved the photo of them in the Ginkgo tree. Ginkgo’s are living fossils (so to speak) just like the twins. Amazing when you think about it.
We like old things! It is nice to be accompanied by the twins on strolls round the seasons – they have an ageless opinion about everything!
wonderful photos…my favorite is the one of the twins and berries. And of course any photo of the twins in those sweaters is a delight!!
They love their hoodies, and are delighted that you do too! We like the Mountain Ash berries too – they are so intensely orange!
