Green Forest Dinner
Tephra, Dulcie, Constance and Linnea went into the forest!
They sat under shady umbrellas…
.
.
…and had a little swing on a branch.
.
.
They found a mossy patch next to the path…
.
.
…and they ate their green dinner.
.
.
Then they packed up the green dinner …
.
.
…because it was SO tasty…
.
.
…and were carried Very Carefully all the way home!

This story highlighted the treasures I find glorious in life… rich and lush woods…a child enjoying all it has to offer…and of course Hitty!!!!
The last photo of your Granddaughter reminds me of the kind of photos I saw as a child on the cover of Life magazine.
An imaginative child, and a basket of Hittys in a beautiful forest – such a delightful afternoon!
There really should be a ‘love this’ button on your blog. So enchanting! ❤
So happy you love it – more love is good for the world!
The pink hat! She is like a sunbonnet child – quite magical.
thank you.
It is her favourite hat! She loves its pinkness and shadiness, and rarely leaves the house without it!
She is absolutely precious
I think so too
Artistry everywhere! I so appreciate the green dinner…must be what keeps the Hitty group going so strong! I would assume though that the youngest member of the human family has alot to do with some of their fine activities too.
When we play with the Hittys I take my cues from the youngest member of the human family – what an inventor of fine activities she is!
The final photo is so precious. So happy for the smallest Quimper human that she has YOU in her life!!
Aww, thanks! I am so glad she likes spending time with me!
