More Lace!
A small box appeared in the Hitty cupboard…

…sent by the relative we recently visited in Provence.

It was full of exciting things…

A genuine chapeau Santon …

…and lots of lovely lace and insertion…

…thank you so much dear kind relative! We love having lace to wash and block and stitch onto little things. Constance adores her genuine hat, Aurelia is going off to fill the wine-skin with orange juice, and the Quimper Hitty human is busy thinking up ways to use the lacy treasure!

The Hitty human at the QH household is just one of the best to receive such a box of treasures. Constance’s hat is wonderful. Can’t wait to see how the laces appear in upcoming articles of clothing, etc.
We are all very excited about the potential…Constance especially likes the hat!
The Hitty’s are more than welcome, but I hope they are not shocked by the rum shot glasses box! Have fun washing, planning, sewing and wearing!
Gráinne was a little disappointed that it was just a box of fripperies, she thought Rum tots would have been much more exciting!
what a wonderful surprise..that little wine skin is too cute!! And oh the things you will do with that lace!!! Also, Constance is a vision in her marvelous new chapeau!!
It was a wonderful surprise! We are always delighted to have fun new materials to work with, and Aurelia is very excited to have a genuine wine skin to transport her orange juice around in!
Who doesn’t love a surprise…especially one with such wonderful treasures inside…the photos of Constance and Aurelia opening up the box were eye-catching…all of your photos tell a complete story…you have amazing talent…no…. you have amazing talents.
Thank you ! It is always a delight to get a surprise in the mail, they tend to inspire new projects and adventures, which we love to share with you!
What a fun box to receive! I can hardly wait to see what you make.
It will be fun – I will be looking for opportunities and fabrics to match!
