Cosy!
It is a damp summer day in the Hitty cupboard.

Constance is chilly and her Tea is getting cold…

…but Rose came by with her latest knitting project and cheered her up.

Rose’s sheep hat was much too big for her head…
.
.
…but it made a great tea cosy!!

TOO funny!!! that little sheep cozy is precious. Rose is a genius with those knitting needles! I am trying to imagine being chilly right now.. It is iced tea here in Missouri and air conditioning or at least sitting under shade trees hoping for a breeze.
Learning the loop stitch was quite a feat! Rose is considering whether to attempt a second sheep with smaller knitting needles…
How very cool! From the first photo of the “sheep”, I couldn’t tell at all what it was, but the next photo indeed showed the sheep more clearly! Clever!!! and how very timely for keeping Constance’s tea cozy warm. Cheers for Rose’s knitting talents!
Rose was not quite sure what she had wrought at the end of this knitting adventure either! Constance pointed out that the too big hat was just the right size to warm her too cold teapot.
How adorable. We can always count on Hitty’s to cheer up any situation or make a laugh.
We do our best!
