I’m smiling from ear to ear…. from the awesome tent…to the outhouse, complete with paper, plunger and newspaper…topping it all off with the best guard cat ever. Another triumph of a story.
The Hittys don’t like being caught short! They were so glad when I found this perfect-sized outhouse and fixed it up for their convenience! Siyah was serious about guarding the Hittys, and saw off a racoon early this morning!
I am charmed….love the campsite security system..the girls will be safe from anything that creeps or flies. That is an amazing tent and of course the “facility” is perfect. The only thing missing would be a stand of hollyhocks next to the outhouse. Around here a screen of tall holly hocks next to the outhouse was very common.
I think hollyhocks would be a perfect screen for the outhouse…I wonder if I can find or make some Hitty-scale ones – hmmm.
Spectacular camping, the tent is quite high end! The outhouse too, wonderful with detail. 😊
The glorious Hitty Tent was an “End-of-season” shop model of human-scale gazebo-tent-things for sale… I asked if they were getting rid of them and the guy said “how does five dollars sound?” We thought it sounded fine!
