Yellow
Yet another winter gale…things have been grey and wet and cold for seemingly too long…
.
.
…so Constance went in search of yellow.

Our friend put a yellow warp on her loom – what fun!

.
Theses were the weft options…
.
.
…Constance chose yellow!
.
.
We love the resulting cloth!
.
.
The thrums made Constance wonder if she would look good in yellow hair!

Yellow is a wonderful color, especially in the gloom of winter type weather…but, I prefer Constance with her auburn locks.
We were sure that weaving yellow cloth would be a good remedy for the grey winter blahs. And not to worry, Constance has recovered from her temporary fit of blonde-envy!
lovely colour in that warp. Spring is advancing, rather quickly in some sheltered corners.
We love the subtle spring-evoking yellows and greens!
Constance as Rupunzel!! I am also a fan of yellow. Fun entry in the adventures of Constance and her friends!
Rapunzel is exactly who Constance was thinking of with her temporary long golden tresses…but she agrees that it is hard enough to be yourself some days, without trying to become a fairy tale heroine!
Beautiful yellow handwoven cloth! Lucky Constance to have her own pot of daffodils!
We find yellow is an excellently uplifting colour at the end of winter… Constance’s daffodils are her favourite flower at this time of year!
