Despite tired feet and body, what a great journey you two made. Did you experience great elation at the end?
I am not sure about elated…we were all exhausted, pleased and glad to have reached our goal…a little shell-shocked by life in a city again, and just plain shocked at how fast the distances disappeared while riding in a bus! I think the other feelings percolated in and are still percolating…life is a journey…

This was truly a breathtaking journey…and the icing on the cake was having Constance show us interests along the way.
I especially was enamored with the stack stone house with its archway door. I wanted to go inside.
The open countryside with those specular vistas were other-world to me.
I’m glad you took the time to be in such perfect shape for this excursion because I can assure you, in two million lifetimes, I could never achieve this, thus I would never have seen these wonders that you were able to share. Thank You

Thank you! I truly believe we all have our own distances to travel and burdens to carry – this experience was like a distilled version of what everyone does in a lifetime. I feel so lucky to have been able to walk the Camino.
