On our walk to school, the young human spotted a Bonnet bush…

…and plucked a pink bonnet for Floradora.

She wore it while visiting the Clematis montana…

Dogwood
…and then the early flowering dogwood tree (Floradora’s natal tree!)…

Ipheion Star Flower
…but the bonnet blew off in the wind as we went home through the Star Flowers.
