Spring weather
It has been raining and pouring for days and days…today there isn’t any rain but the ground is so saturated that the warming air is creating a lot of fog. March on the west coast is very changeable…
.
.
…but it is spring, and we can bring in flowers from the garden…
.
.
…it is also hot cross bun time…
.
.
…Willa invited Arianell to join her for a lovely afternoon tea. Arianell didn’t want to lose her sheep so she brought them too…
.
.
…Willa is unflappable…
.
.
…the girls can have the tea and buns, and the sheep can have the bouquet!

.

The little gals have a great way of walking through the wet weather…lovely, cozy narrative as always…thank you.
This March has been so strange – we are all wondering what the next day’s weather will be…thank goodness for spring blossoms, hot cross buns and friends over for tea (though the sheep were a bit unexpected)!
Oh my! Those sheep! Too cute! March weather is so fickle, isn’t it?
We love our little flock! The little lambies are so cute and frisky!
Darling!! The sheep dining on the bouquet…too cute. Willa is looking quite lovely in that white dress and of course Arianell in her Shepherdress ensemble. What a nice visit they must be having.
Humans and Hittys are very fond of hot cross bun season – and the sheep are glad of the fresh veg!
We have had a very welcome mainly dry spell but no doubt it will end soon.
It being March, no doubt you are right!
What a beautiful dress! And the afternoon tea looks wonderful (I am having afternoon tea right now but not with such delicious hot cross buns!)
Thanks! We love Hot Cross Bun season, and like to compare the versions available from different local bakeries.
