Rose found a few lavender blooms out in the garden – coincidently the Quimper Hitty’s human found this pretty little lavender pot in a charity shop… it says “Genuine Devon Pottery” on the bottom…

Lovely lavender and pretty little pot.
It is so nice that the lavender keeps imbuing the Quimper Hitty cupboard with it’s pretty blossoms and heavenly scent.
Very pretty.
Rose likes the blooms just as well as the buds, though they aren’t quite as long-lasting…the little pot was a delightful find!
What a great find! We call them Thrift Stores in the US, but the same bargains abound here. Some days it takes a lot more searching to find the “pearl”, but it’s always worthwhile.
We love it – such a dainty little pot, designed for lavender, Rose was thrilled and immediately put it to good use! I was thinking about what the shop is called – it seems to me that a Thrift Store’s focus is the benefit to the customer, and a Charity shop Suggests benefit to the cause…interesting.
Rose is such a dainty little miss. I like her in the flowered frock. And the little lavender jug is perfect.
The little pot is cute isn’t it? I jumped when I spotted it on the shelf – and Rose was glad to put the last few lavender stems in it while wearing her favourite dress!
