  2. that moon cake is very interesting…is it more like a bread?? the neighbors all seem quite friendly. Meg is
    a cutie and of course they liked her!! Thanks for the information on the Autumn Moon. We were out this week looking at the moon here at the farm. No friendly neighbors(because we have not close neighbors…friendly or otherwise!) but the dogs kept us company.

    • The Moon cake has a dough, which is put into a mold, and could have various things as filling – this one is yellow lotus paste. The important thing is the egg yolk baked inside, representing the moon!

  3. Chinese Autumn Moon – Very interesting – That moon cake with the yoke inside is something different, Need to check out a Chinese bakery – maybe in China Town.
