  1. We are very impressed about your ingenuity, Constance. How very sensible of you to use a bottle top as a cutter. We love Welsh cakes but alwayshave to slice up a big person one and use it as a large cake – not ideal as they should really be eaten fresh off the griddle, still warm. Our Mamgu (grandma) likes hers with butter.
