It was a feast – we were all delighted with waffles for dinner!

We often had pancakes for dinner growing up – it was considered a Thursday night meal for some reason!
I’m with Cinnamon, I prefer pancakes…
Pancakes or waffles, the tricky part is keeping enough warm for several people to eat at the same time! Lucky Hittys don’t have that problem, though there is only one actual Hitty waffle.
