  1. This is a beautiful narrative to start the day off in a very pretty way. I couldn’t smell the roses but the pictures create a bounty of satiated feelings.

  2. How beautiful their dresses especially the child’s! and sure beautiful stages/photographical stages, Thank you, Love, nia

    • Thank you so much nia, I love to make little dresses, and take the Hittys outside! And bringing a tiny rose indoors was a way to remember the beauty of the garden. I love my camera almost as much as you love “Mr 60”

  3. Thank you for bringing us roses this morning, on the coldest day of winter so far. Not that it’s cold in your terms, but I can imagine the smell of summer in the north.

    • Although it has cooled down quite a bit compared to a couple of weeks ago – it was only 17 degrees yesterday at the warmest – the long days of sunshine are what makes it summer here!

      • We went down to 5°C last night, which is very chilly indeed for coastal tropics. I hope my tomatoes survive, they’re fruiting nicely but I’d like them to ripen.
