Summer Flowers 10
Perdita likes all the flowers, but she is feeling green, so she wanted to pose in the grass along with a little green insect. The little yellow anthers show that the grass right behind her head is actually in flower too, though it isn’t obvious!
.

Perdita seems very knowledgeable about nature.
The Quimper Hittys do their research, sometimes after the fact… they find the world so interesting, and they like knowing a little background.
Beautiful! I love the composition. The girls must have a great photographer.
I think their favourite photographer rather likes his doll portrait assignments.
Perdita appears to be Palo Santos wood, by Sobino. I just purchased one from Wanda, and I am not sure how to finish her. Tell me what you have done with your Hittys of this wood, please. Celia C of celia42@windstream.net. Thank you,
Hi Celia, She was made by Gustavo Trullet. I didn’t do much to her, but here is what I did do: applied a bit of dark wood stain for her hair; a very mall amount of white-mixed with brown-and-green in a tiny dot for her sclera; a black paint pupil for her eye, and a very faint red pencil on her lips and cheek. I don’t remember if her eyebrow colour is pigma pen, but I think so.
