September Blackberries
Amelia walked past the Queen Anne’s Lace…
…to the blackberry patch.
.
.
She picked some ripe luscious berries…
.
.
…and a few more…
.
.
…we ate them for dessert!

Amelia, this is a very pleasing way to offer dessert. Thanks for taking us along in your late summer walk and berrying jaunt.
We did have a jaunty time! Amelia seems to be like all my Hittys – she adores berries and picking them!
Yum! They look so good
They were good…it was a very pleasant and delicious afternoon!
how neat that you are getting to harvest blackberries this time of year! Love the photos…Queen Anne’s lace is one of my favorite wild plants. Ours can grow to 6 feet
Wow! Six feet tall! We like them too! The blackberries are at the very end of their productivity, so we were glad to get the chance to pick some!
❤️
Thank you! The blackberries are finished for this year I think.
