Hitty Garden
Floradora and Tipsy went out to the garden…
.
.
…where they saw a Robin bouncing on the pink squishy trampoline.
.
.
It flew on to the ground behind them…
.
.
…and up onto the archway where it perched for a while.
.
.
The girls were thirsty, so Floradora gathered grapes…
.
.
…and Tipsy collected some fallen Rhododendron petals…
.
.
…(she gave one to the Robin to shade her eyes from the bright sun)…
.
.
…Then the girls drank flower tea from their rhododendron cups…
.
.
…and the robin ate a worm!!
.
.
…and they all lived happily ever after!
What a fun time with the youngest again the way it looks. Thanks for sharing the further adventures with us. The robin adds a new touch, especially after that, what looks to be, a satisfying worm lunch.
Youngest has a fondness for birds! She was enthusiastic about having the Robin join the girls for a lovely outdoor time, and wanted to make sure it had appropriate food too!
What a delightful adventure!
It was delightful…the Hittys, humans and Robin all enjoyed themselves!
Wonderful story. Loved the flower on the robins head. Adorable.
The Rhododendron flower made a perfect Robin sunhat! I was highly amused by the squashy trampoline!
My goodness….visits to your garden are always so eventufl!!
We love visiting the garden with friends – human or wooden…never a dull moment, and always something to learn!
