Oh! You still have lovely brown eyed Susans! We had so many, both large and small, but they are over now. It was a very good year for them here. It is so nice to see how beautiful yours are. Happy fall!
The wheel of the year turns, and in the north, it’s time for purples and golds once again. It’s Spring here, and my garden is full of red: gerberas, hippeastrums and hibiscus (and a few tiny pink orchids).
The purple and gold seems so intense this year – perhaps saturated by the rain and low-angled light, or just the feeling that fall is really here and winter coming. How lovely to have the spring springing forth! Your garden sounds lovely!
It’s not very lavish, but there is good strong colour and plenty of shade.
Good morning and Happy Fall… the season which holds my most favourite colours. It’s spring here and my Port Wine Magnolia tree is flowering and the perfume is just spectacular 😍
I was born in India but moved to Melbourne Australia when I was 27 & I have always loved autumn in this country … the way the colours change in front of your eyes is beautiful 😍
lovely photos This is the golden time here in MO. such a pretty time of year!

Our Brown-eyed Susans have been flowering for a long time! They are brightly glowing in the corner of our garden – such a pretty clump!

Thank you – we love the intense gold colour!
Your photos are always so beautiful…as is Tuesday.
Thank you! Tuesday is always glad to get out and about, but she is a little shy…
So nice to see Tuesday again. Happy Fall.
Thank you, happy fall to you too! Tuesday loves this time of year!

My favourite colours too – I was born in the fall (in March in Argentina) I always thought that must be why it is a comfortable season for me.
