  1. I think it was that cozy looking quilt and serene doll that helped her re-group and go off tracking footprints. Hittys are full of spunk.

    • After all, the original Hitty escaped from a crow’s nest, from fire and the watery deep and that was only with her first family! A nice quilt and doll are certainly a help in almost any situation!

  2. I think the cat could have been more helpful! I am thinking it was not close enough to dinner for it to feel cooperative. At least Linnea does not have any bite marks to show for her photography adventure. Maybe she took a lesson from Constance in that regard!

    • It was a warm and lazy day for the cat. She did not appreciate her repose being disturbed. Linnea was wise to go look elsewhere, but she may find she has bitten off more than she can chew.
