Wildlife Photography
After finding an old camera, Linnea decides to try her hand at photography. The back yard is a veritable jungle since the lawnmower decided to self-combust…Linnea goes in search of Wildlife
First she finds an odd little gnome under the Garry Oak! She is not sure if it is either wild or alive.
.
.
Next she tries to convince the domestic cat to strike a feral pose.

The cat is not convinced.

Linnea retires to rethink her strategy.

What a disappointing afternoon she had. Better luck next time!
Linnea is not dissuaded, she saw some interesting footprints and is off to track them…
I think it was that cozy looking quilt and serene doll that helped her re-group and go off tracking footprints. Hittys are full of spunk.
After all, the original Hitty escaped from a crow’s nest, from fire and the watery deep and that was only with her first family! A nice quilt and doll are certainly a help in almost any situation!
I think the cat could have been more helpful! I am thinking it was not close enough to dinner for it to feel cooperative. At least Linnea does not have any bite marks to show for her photography adventure. Maybe she took a lesson from Constance in that regard!
It was a warm and lazy day for the cat. She did not appreciate her repose being disturbed. Linnea was wise to go look elsewhere, but she may find she has bitten off more than she can chew.
I love it, what a delightful post here today!!
Ah yes, you can relate to hopping about, arranging the perfect picture!
