Pinafore
Inspiration!!!
Not normally a fan of Operatic events, Agathe has found inspiration in one of Constance’s tomes. Remembering the fun she had with the shipwreck….
Supplies
…She easily persuaded Opal and Min to try her idea and the three of them gathered supplies. They made way in a hurry down to the beach!

Finally all the sails were set and the three girls scrambled aboard…

They waited for a wave to lift them off the reef!

Min and Opal checked out the view from the bowsprit.

Consternation
Back in the Hitty Cupboard, Constance would like to get started on Thanksgiving Dinner, but can not find a single pinafore to protect her dress!!!

Quimper Hittys 
So much more fun than a day indoors listening to the radio. Perfect operatic (operettaic?) activity for a nice day! Especially after yesterday’s deluge.
Constance would like to have made pumpkin pie, and stuffed the turkey to the sound of the opera, but she is still hunting for an apron 😦
What a fun day! Sea-faring Hittys use all the pinafores and the stay-at-home, working Hitty has none! I love the kitchen set-up. How fun!
The adventurous girls had fun at the beach, and Constance did in the kitchen even without a pinafore. She was especially glad to get a chance to use some of her new utensils!

Those Quimpers know how to show a friend a good time! Opal is certainly enjoying her visit – Agathe and Min are delighted to have a like-minded companion conspiring in their projects!
