More Harbingers
Aurelia and Amelia went for a Sunday Stroll in their new winter coats…
…and discovered another harbinger of spring!
…Aurelia loves their name!
Amelia loves the soft little balls of fluff!

The girls collected some catkins…

…and introduced them to the Hitty cats!

Thank you so much to our Hitty friend Sherry who sent us Amelia’s amazingly beautiful coat and bonnet!

Absolutely stunning coats, both of them. Lovely to see the spring buds as well. We have a few buds showing as well.
It is always such a hopeful moment when the catkins appear! Amelia and Aurelia and I are so happy to see them!
Great to see signs of Spring as we are getting more snow here… More or less a foot over the weekend! Great for skiers…and Hittys on a sled!!!!! Winter coats are works of art!!!! Uplifting post, thank you.
Spring comes rather earlier in Quimperland than it does in the rest of snowy and icy Canada…we know we are lucky, but are always really happy when the dark and the rain recede!
How lovely the catkins; how lovely the woolly, warm coats. I am grateful see both Nature’s handiwork and that of Hitty friends.
The girls were glad of both! A creative concatenation! Meow!
love the photo of the HItty cats investigating their namesakes. Wonderful photos of your lovely girls.
Thank you and Thank You for the incredibly beautiful coat that makes Amelia feel so elegant, warm and beloved!
I thought that star and heart coat Aurelia is wearing was the most delightful Hitty coat ever. Well, dear Quimper human, you did it again…Amelia’s is another unique stunner. That hat, the color, the collar, the little flowers, just a jaw dropper. Simply wonderful…and as if that’s not enough, you spin another wonderful little story. WOW!!!!!
Isn’t that a truly gorgeous coat?! My Hitty friend Sherry and I exchanged Hitty coats using the same pattern, but each of us doing our own decoration…Sherry is a total embroidering genius!!! Amelia still can’t believe the coat has come to her…but we think she looks absolutely great in it. Aurelia likes the stars-and hearts coat too, which is like the coat I sent away – I like how the same basic pattern looks so changed when made up by different hands!
Both coats are incredibly beautiful, as are their hats. Spring is a long way away for us, but it’s lovely to know that there are signs of it in QH world.
Thank you very much – spring will come! Amelia’s bonnet is truly gorgeous, and Aurelia’s little hat was made by another Hitty friend, we are all so grateful to have such generous, playful and talented friends!
lovely little fashionistas!
Thank you! They certainly do charm people when they go out together, and luckily we haven’t had too much rain lately so they can wear their warm woolies a lot!
Happy harbingers
