My Swedish/American grandmother told me I was a Svenska flicka, even though I was only 1/4 so. But she never told me about Waffle Day. What a wonderful holiday, although I’m glad I missed it (except for these adorable photosI) since I’m struggling to lose weight! The girls are so sweet in their pinafores/aprons, and I just love the photo of their grandmother! Did you carve her? Is there a way to “like” your website so that I can receive new posts when they come out?
I did carve Mormor (2019), and she is a big fan of waffles! Arianell and Coriander wore their aprons to Sweden last summer and they were so glad they did! I think that if you “follow” the blog then you will get notifications. Let me know if that doesn’t work, I have another friend that did follow and then suddenly couldn’t get notifications. We did figure it out eventually!

The big waffle with berries and cream is an eraser that I found in a stationary shop!!! The little ones are from a fimo artist – we love them both but the Hittys love the big one best!!
