Hitty Patience

Hitty Patience.

This is Hitty Patience, the fourth Hitty made by me.  I carved her in Oregon,  at a doll-carving workshop taught by Janet Cordell.   Janet is a marvelous teacher!  Patience was finished on April 25th, 2012. On her very first day of existence I took her down to a cove on the Oregon Coast and sat her in a vug.  You may have already met Patience, (mostly in the Oregon and Kimono blogs) but I have written her mini biography here so she can go into the “The Hittys” page in my blog.

  1. I can see she has real character. It will be fun to see how it expresses itself over the next while, on these pages and in ‘real life” too.
