Sea Cave (Shipwreck 2)
In a sea cave Min and Agathe discovered an interesting object…..
…they decided it was a clue and prepared to dig!
.
.
Eventually they unearthed a buried sea chest, bound about with weathered ropes!
.
.
What is inside??? They used the tools at hand as pry bars…
.
.
Oh my!
.
.
Treasure indeed!!!
.
.

Yikes!!!
Fortunately Agathe and Min are not the type to faint or scream at a slightly macabre surprise!
Oh my goodness! What an adventure!
Now, how to lug it all back to the Hitty cupboard?
Yikes indeed!!! What a grizzly find. And so exciting.
The girls are very excited – they have been hopping about for days! Most of the other Quimper Hittys are not quite as enthusiastic…
What fantastic adventures~
Those girls get into all kinds of ‘situations’…..whatever next!
How brave they were to dig, open, and not scream at the contents. Quite an adventure!
Agathe in particular is good at digging for things that are buried…a sea chest of treasure was beyond her wildest dreams!
Horrid Hetty Hickory has informed me that she wants to come live at YOUR house!! I have not been able to supply her with any skulls here on the farm!! What a great adventure. And such wonderful photos. Loving this big time!!
Horrid Hetty is welcome of course. We love visitors, and would find a suitable place for her to rest her horrid head…
Ay matey! Would that be a pirates’ chest of coral and amber? … and a skull thrown in for good measure?
Well shiver me timbers!!
Coral from the South Seas, and amber from the Baltic – and of course, Yorick who originally hails from Helsingør, the Hittys were NOT expecting any of that!
We love the seaside adventures of the Quimper Hittys, though Yorick commented that he thinks perhaps he should have sent his resume Northwards. (He is not, however, a member of ACTRA…)
Yorick is hoping to resume his gibes, his gambols, his songs, and his flashes of merriment in a slightly less depressing atmosphere than in days of yore…
What a find !! The girls are going to be thrilled. Looks like they love the skull as well.
They were so excited!
