A new weaving project has Constance choosing a 10 dent reed (that is ten”teeth” per inch). Small rag ruglets need thicker warps and more space between each warp.

Constance is plugged in
Constance attended the latest production by Pacific Opera Victoria last night. She always tries to study ahead of time to make the most of the occasion. The music of Ariadne Auf Naxos by Richard Strauss was very lovely, but Constance had to pay attention to keep the plot of this one straight….

Tansy visits the Manitoba Museum
Bison bison
Tansy was excited to visit the Manitoba Museum with her host, and stayed late into the night. First she was introduced to the Bison who greet everyone at the museum. Fun fact: the scientific name for plains bison is Bison bison bison.
