I have been working on this quilt since January 2020, making one block a month, using scraps of fabric bought in Provence – some by my mother-in-law in the 1960’s and 70’s, and others bought there by me in 2010 after I walked the Camino de Santiago.
It is time to make gingerbread houses again!! The human is overjoyed! Three little human girls will visit and decorate them tomorrow! Willa was very impressed, but got a bit lost in the construction site…
The Quimper Hitty human has been participating in the second annual Crafty Advent Calendar. Twenty-five people each made 25 little gifts. These were each wrapped and numbered (all mine were #8) and each person got a big bag of 25 different goodies – what fun! Opal and Agathe are overjoyed to be helping me to examine each gift – only one a day no matter how tempting!
